Exchange 2007  - Standby Continous Replication Stalls
I recently set up SCR between my main exchange server and a disaster recover site server. When I had the two servers here in-house, I had SCR setup and it was running fine. When I took the DR site server to it's location, I got SCR started back up (had to delete all the old log files, databases, etc. on the target server). It was running fine, but it stalled and there is not data traffic running between the servers. At the rate it was flowing, it was going to take roughly a week to get synched back up because all of our other servers were also synching their replication between sites at the same time. The exchange database is 36 GB so it's not huge, but there's just a lot of traffic to contend with. Anyway, I was monitoring it and after about the 2nd day, it stopped making progress and stalled. Monitoring traffic flow, I could see that nothing was moving between the exchange servers after it stalled. I had halted my backups during the process because if a backup starts up, it will error out the synch process, so that's already covered. Any ideas on why it would stop responding after a length of time?
